Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked, insured service.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and verification.
Shipping times may vary, but most customers receive their watches within 5–7 business days after shipment.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Returns

Emori & Co. watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@emoriandco.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Warranty

Every Emori & Co. watch is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
The Founder’s Edition includes a 2-year warranty. All future models include a 1-year warranty.
Make sure you register your watch after purchase on the Contact Us page.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
